Marketing Coordinator

• Implement the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and content marketing.
• Independently handle marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
• Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, design, scheduling, testing, and database management.
• Design, create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
• Write and develop content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
• Develop and maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and implement the creation of new materials when necessary.
• Coordinate relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics to measure program success.
• Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
• Support the SVP of Marketing & Communications in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
• Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with B2B experience being a plus.
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• Firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
• Must have a high level of creativity.
• Occasional travel may be required.
