Compass Series devices supplement qualified electrical safety programs. They do not replace lockout/tagout, qualified personnel, permits, PPE, or regulatory obligations applicable to your work.
Customer-facing boundaries
- Operate only within ratings and environments defined in official documentation for your hardware revision.
- Do not modify hardware or firmware outside authorized channels.
- Treat Navigator connectivity as potentially delayed; emergency workflows cannot guarantee outcomes.
- For intrinsic safety or regulated environments, use only models approved and labeled for that context (for example IS variants where applicable).
