Overview

Navigator Console can display sensitive operational and location history. Use least privilege, protect shared workstations, and treat exports as controlled records. The disclosures below are reproduced from the Navigator Console User Guide.

Console safety disclosures

  • Never use Navigator Console while operating a motor vehicle.
  • The locations on the map are only as accurate as the capability of devices used in the field. Performance can vary.
  • All device configuration changes made by an admin through Navigator Console are not implemented until the user acknowledges the configuration on their Navigator Mobile App.

Operational expectations

  • Console aids situational awareness; it may lag reality during network or telemetry issues.
  • Limit admin roles; enforce MFA / SSO per organizational standards.
  • Control PDF and report distribution to authorized recipients only.
