The entry point to the Compass Series. A hard hat voltage and current detector that puts proximity and directional alerts in the worker’s peripheral vision, with very little to configure and nothing to administer across a fleet.
Not every crew needs a connected platform on day one. G2 does one thing well: it puts a dependable signal in the worker’s peripheral vision before an energized source is close enough to matter. There is very little to configure and nothing to administer across a fleet.

No. The consolidated 22-setting sensitivity scale and the two adaptive modes introduced in the Consolidated Range Release apply to connected Compass Pro and Compass Pro IS units. Compass G2 is not affected and its alerting behavior does not change.
Compass Core is the full-range model with the fewest settings in the connected lineup: it covers 120 V to 500 kV AC, pairs with Navigator Mobile, and offers two voltage sensitivity settings. Compass G2 is a standalone detector that stays focused on essential worker-level detection with less to configure.
