Overview

Compass Series devices are connected total emergency-response solutions with built-in voltage and current detection. Paired with Navigator Mobile (Bluetooth, on the worker) and Navigator Console (browser, for entitled roles), they share information about an injured worker's condition and location with the organization's emergency responders to reduce response times and communication errors.

Primary functions

  • Identify emergencies — arc-flash, impact, fall, no-movement, and SOS button.
  • Identify live conductors — voltage detection with directional alerts; current detection.
  • Visual and audible alerts on the device.
  • Facilitate fast emergency response — emergency location sharing and team communication via SMS and in-app messaging.
  • Event logs for after-action review.

How the parts fit

  • The device senses and signals electrical and emergency-related conditions for your SKU.
  • Navigator Mobile is used for pairing, monitoring screens, the Tools tab, and firmware updates.
  • Navigator Console is used for dispatch-style oversight, the emergency map, dashboards, and administration.
