Charge with approved accessories, boot reliably, and confirm baseline status before pairing or mounting for work.

Overview

Low power and unreliable charging are common root causes of “won’t connect” and “random shutdown” reports. Use only organization-approved charging practices and inputs defined in the official device documentation for your revision.

Recommended sequence

  1. Inspect for physical damage. If compromised, remove from service per internal safety policy.
  2. Charge using approved method for your model; deeply depleted batteries may need time before boot indications look normal.
  3. Power on with the model-specific control (button or sequence per your guide).
  4. Observe baseline LED/heartbeat behavior before proceeding to pairing.
