Heartbeat-style signaling typically means the device is executing its monitoring loop. Absence may mean powered down, protective behavior, fault, or an environmental/state condition - combine with charging and Navigator connectivity context.
How to use this in the field
- Treat lights as one signal; combine with Navigator Mobile and (for entitled roles) Console indicators.
- Patterns can differ by hardware revision - do not memorize a different unit’s behavior.
