Sensitivity changes how readily the device escalates alerting. Muting (if available) must never become a routine bypass - follow organizational policy and training.
Before you begin
Confirm your role and site policy allow sensitivity/mute changes; some organizations restrict muting entirely.
Adjust sensitivity
- Identify the correct model context (Core vs Pro vs Pro IS).
- Open sensitivity controls in the current mobile/device UI path for your version.
- Change in small increments; validate with an approved, safe verification method - no improvised energized tests.
- Document changes when your program requires auditability.
