Overview

Self-test helps separate configuration/power issues from hardware faults. Unsupported test improvisations can create safety and warranty issues - follow the model guide.

Escalation-ready bundle

  1. Ensure adequate charge; retry once after a controlled reboot if permitted.
  2. Run self-test via approved device/mobile path; record LED outcomes and timestamps.
  3. Capture model, hardware version, firmware, phone OS, Navigator Mobile version.
  4. Stop and remove from service if policy requires on persistent faults.
