Accurate Console identity reduces confusion during emergencies and audits. Some attributes may be sourced from your identity provider and cannot be edited in-app.
Checklist
- Open profile/settings in Console.
- Verify display name and identifiers match organizational directory expectations.
- Set timezone and notification preferences when offered.
- Logout from shared workstations using an explicit logout flow.
