Overview

The Console User Profile page is where each user updates personal details and preferences and views their organization context. It also exposes two controls with significant operational and privacy implications: the "Always Included In Emergencies" checkbox, and a download / delete option for the user's own data.

What this page contains

  • Name and language.
  • Organization and group information (read-only summary).
  • A button to download a PDF copy of the user's data.
  • A control to delete the account and all associated data.
  • "Always Included In Emergencies" checkbox — described below.

"Always Included In Emergencies" checkbox

This checkbox decides whether the user is included in emergency events beyond their normal group routing:

  • Dispatch — when checked, the user is included in all emergency events within their organization. Dispatch users have this box checked by default.
  • Admin — when checked, the user is included in all emergency events within their organization.
  • Mobile Users — when checked, the user is included in all emergency events within their group.
