Overview

Navigator Console is the customer-facing web application for operational visibility and admin workflows. Sign-in method and visible modules depend on your organization’s identity settings and your role.

Sign in

  1. Open your organization Console URLUse the bookmark your admin provides. Treat it like any sensitive operations tool.
  2. AuthenticateComplete username/password + MFA or SSO as required. Use the email/domain your admin provisioned.
  3. Verify landing experienceDispatch typically sees operational/emergency views. Admins additionally see user/org configuration entry points.
