Sign in to Navigator Console

Sign in at safeguardwebapp.com with the same account you use for Navigator Mobile, plus the Organization Code (and PIN if enabled).

Overview

Navigator Console is the customer-facing web application for operational visibility and admin workflows. Accounts used for Navigator Mobile are the same accounts used for Navigator Console.

Where to sign in

Navigate to safeguardwebapp.com and follow the on-screen prompts to sign in.

Organization Code and PIN

  • When prompted, use the Organization Code provided by Safeguard Equipment Inc. This code uniquely identifies your organization and the members in it.
  • If your admin has enabled an Organization PIN, you will also need to enter it during sign-up.

Sign in

  1. Open safeguardwebapp.comUse the bookmark your admin provides. Treat it like any sensitive operations tool.
  2. AuthenticateUse the same account as Navigator Mobile. Complete username/password + MFA or SSO as required by your organization.
  3. Enter the Organization Code (and PIN if required)Provided by your admin or by Safeguard Equipment Inc.
  4. Verify the landing experienceDispatch typically sees Emergency Map and dashboards. Admins additionally see user, group, and Compass Pro configuration entry points.
