Download Navigator Mobile

Install Navigator Mobile from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (or your MDM catalog), and grant Bluetooth and notification permissions.

Overview

The Safeguard Navigator Mobile apps are free for download from the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Sideloaded or outdated builds often cause pairing and background-behavior issues — install from your organization's approved source.

Operating system minimums

  • Android 7.0 or later.
  • iOS 15.0 or later.

Install

  1. Open the approved store or MDM catalogUse the channel your IT or safety team prescribes for your fleet. The Apple App Store and Google Play Store are the canonical public sources cited in the Navigator Mobile User Guide.
  2. Install Navigator MobileVerify the publisher and app identity match Safeguard Equipment so you do not install a similarly named app.
  3. Sign in or create an account profileFollow the in-app prompts to set up your account. The same account is used for Navigator Mobile and Navigator Console.
  4. Accept permissionsBluetooth is required for Compass Series pairing. Notification permissions may be required for operational and emergency prompts depending on your organization.
  5. Update if promptedSome features appear only on newer versions; MDM may pin versions — follow internal policy.
