Overview
Navigator Mobile should be installed from your organization’s approved source (public store or managed catalog). Sideloaded or outdated builds often cause pairing and background-behavior issues.
Install
- Open the approved store or MDM catalogUse the channel your IT/safety team prescribes for your fleet.
- Install Navigator MobileVerify the publisher/app identity matches internal standards so you do not install the wrong app.
- Accept permissionsBluetooth is required for Compass Series pairing. Notifications may be required for operational and emergency prompts (org-dependent).
- Update to the current build if promptedSome features appear only on newer versions; MDM may pin versions - follow internal policy.
