Install Navigator Mobile from an approved store or MDM catalog; enable Bluetooth and notification permissions needed for pairing and alerts.

Overview

Navigator Mobile should be installed from your organization’s approved source (public store or managed catalog). Sideloaded or outdated builds often cause pairing and background-behavior issues.

Install

  1. Open the approved store or MDM catalogUse the channel your IT/safety team prescribes for your fleet.
  2. Install Navigator MobileVerify the publisher/app identity matches internal standards so you do not install the wrong app.
  3. Accept permissionsBluetooth is required for Compass Series pairing. Notifications may be required for operational and emergency prompts (org-dependent).
  4. Update to the current build if promptedSome features appear only on newer versions; MDM may pin versions - follow internal policy.
