Stable accounts reduce mid-shift surprises. Some fields may be directory-controlled (SSO) and read-only inside the app.

Checklist

  1. Verify you are signed into the provisioned tenant/account.
  2. Confirm notification permissions for operational/emergency alerts.
  3. Sign out cleanly when handing off devices - prefer dedicated phones per user.
