Overview
Emergency service settings align the app with your organization’s approved emergency call/SMS workflows. Misconfiguration often shows up first during drills, not during day-to-day monitoring.
Validate configuration
- Open Emergency/Service settings in Navigator Mobile (wording varies by version).
- Verify numbers/regions and permissions (phone, SMS, location, notifications) against policy.
- Run supervised drills - never place live false calls to public safety.
- If settings are locked, involve an Admin for central governance.
