Emergency Service Settings

Configure emergency communications dependencies in Navigator Mobile as enabled for your organization (region, numbers, permissions).

Overview

Emergency service settings align the app with your organization’s approved emergency call/SMS workflows. Misconfiguration often shows up first during drills, not during day-to-day monitoring.

Validate configuration

  1. Open Emergency/Service settings in Navigator Mobile (wording varies by version).
  2. Verify numbers/regions and permissions (phone, SMS, location, notifications) against policy.
  3. Run supervised drills - never place live false calls to public safety.
  4. If settings are locked, involve an Admin for central governance.
