Overview
This playbook focuses on Navigator Mobile during an active event. It assumes your organization enabled emergency modules and trained designated responders.
Response sequence
- Address immediate life safety using real-world procedures (evacuation, energy isolation authority, supervision).
- Open the emergency UI from the notification or in-app alert.
- Read initiator, timers, and any location context as an aid - not sole proof of on-scene conditions.
- Perform confirm/cancel responsibilities only if you are authorized and trained.
- Use in-event chat if enabled; keep a single coordinated narrative.
- Close/resolve in software only when authorized and documentation requirements are met.
