Overview

Core sequence

  1. Acknowledge notifications if your playbook requires timely acknowledgment.
  2. Open the event and identify your responsibilities (initiator vs designated responder vs supervisor).
  3. Use chat features as enabled; keep instructions coherent and single-threaded when possible.
  4. Coordinate with Console dispatch when your organization uses dual visibility.
  5. Resolve/close only with authorization after real-world safety is secured.
