Chat reduces ambiguous texting outside audited channels when enabled. Resolution marks the operational end state in software - distinct from real-world “all clear.”

Operational guidance

  • Post short factual updates: who, what, where, hazards controlled/not controlled.
  • Minimize sensitive personal information beyond policy.
  • Only authorized roles should mark resolved/closed.
