Dispatch-oriented sequence
- Open the active event from the emergency map or queue (UI varies by version).
- Read timestamps, initiating context, and last-known location indicators carefully.
- Execute internal escalation (medical, utility operations, leadership) per runbook.
- Use in-console collaboration features as enabled; record decisions for audits.
- Close in software when the field confirms resolution and documentation obligations are met.
