Overview

Emergency response teams translate policy into real notifications. Without correct rostering and entitlements, events can look successful in tests yet fail in production.

Setup pattern

  1. Gather responders in priority order and define backup coverage for time off.
  2. Provision users with correct roles and group membership for routing rules.
  3. Verify each responder’s phone allows notifications and emergency permissions.
  4. Run supervised drills: countdown/confirm, chat (if enabled), closure, and history visibility checks.
