Overview

Roles provide baseline permission templates. Subscription modules and org policy can further narrow or expand menus - always validate in your tenant.

Mobile User: Navigator Mobile workflows; field pairing/tools/firmware as permitted; mobile emergency UX when enabled.
Dispatch: Navigator Console operational views for monitoring/emergencies as entitled; may lack user administration.
Admin: user/group/org configuration; Compass Pro configuration surfaces when model and subscription apply.
