Emergency menus are commonly gated by entitlements and configuration. Confirm each layer before assuming hardware failure.

Checklist

  1. App version current per org policy (MDM may pin old builds).
  2. Role includes expected emergency capabilities.
  3. Seat/group assignment matches users who have emergency features in your tenant.
  4. Admin completed emergency service/team configuration.
  5. Device model supports the workflows you expect.
