Overview
Most pairing failures trace to permissions, timed-out discovery, another phone already connected, or MDM restrictions - not defective hardware (though hardware faults happen).
Checklist
- Bluetooth on; Navigator Mobile has OS Bluetooth/Nearby permissions.
- Airplane mode off; toggle Bluetooth once if policy permits.
- Device in pairing mode; restart pairing if window expired.
- Ensure no other phone maintains an active session if your model restricts single-peer use.
- Forget stale OS-level pairings if your support playbook allows; re-pair starting inside Navigator Mobile.
- Update Navigator Mobile; retry after reboot of phone.
- Try a second phone to isolate phone vs device (when permitted).
