Dashboards summarize operational posture for users and devices your role can see. They are readiness tools - not a substitute for emergency-specific screens during an active event.
Triage approach
- Scan for outliers: unexpected offline, repeated connection loss, stale telemetry.
- Drill into user/device records using Console navigation provided in your version.
- Route account/group problems to Admin workflows; route hardware problems to Mobile/firmware articles.
