User Dashboard

A centralized view of user identity, device status, emergency-detection toggles, role and group, and the user's phone — used for monitoring and triage.

Overview

The User Dashboard provides a centralized view of an individual user's details, device status, emergency service settings, and app permissions. Use it for day-to-day monitoring and for triaging anomalies.

What the dashboard shows

User Information

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Connection status (with visual indicators)
  • Last seen time
  • Last known location

Device Information

  • Device name
  • Battery level
  • Configuration (with dropdown selection)
  • Voltage and current sensitivity
  • Voltage range
  • Firmware version (with update status)
  • MAC address

Emergency Service Settings

Indicates which Compass detections are enabled (green checkmarks for active):

  • Arc Flash Detection
  • SOS Button Sound
  • Fall Detection
  • Head Impact Detection

User Data

  • Role
  • Group membership
  • Subscription status

Mobile Device Details

  • Phone model
  • Phone battery level
  • App permissions (location and notifications)
  • App version
  • Operating system

Triage approach

  1. Scan for outliers: unexpected offline, repeated connection loss, stale telemetry.
  2. Use the Mobile Device Details panel to identify permission gaps before assuming hardware faults.
  3. Route account or group problems to Admin workflows; route hardware problems to Mobile and firmware articles.
